Default Wiring Question

Hi Everyone, Hope your Friday is off to a good start. I have a question about wiring I'm hoping to get some advice.

Currently have:

Sony MEX-70BT Head Unit
PA DB651's in the Fairing (replacing in the near future with Hertz or Mmats
Mmats PA601.4s in the Lowers
Above is running off PA RZ4.200D Amp, all four channels used, fairings 1&2, lowers 3&4.

I'm adding DD VO6x9s in the lids and I'm going to power them with a SD 800.4 amp. (Unless someone has a better idea.I want a decent amp and I want to make sure I have enough power to them. I like the idea of having the extra channels for tour pak speakers in the future maybe)

So - should I use RCA splitters between the head unit (front outputs) and PA amp and use channels 1 & 2 for the fairing left and lower left, and channels 3 &4 for the fairing right and lower right, or is there another way I should do it? I want to use the head unit rear outputs for the amp going to the DDs so I have fade control.

Sorry if I mangled up that explanation. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I would keep fairing on 1&2, lowers on 3&4. Use y splitters and feed 1&3 left signal, 2&4 right signal. That way you can set the gains properly for each set.
