Angry Static coming through speaker

Does anyone have any idea what{s going on.
On my 2013 Street Glide clicking-static is coming out of my front speakers. It happens as soon as I turn on the bike, gets worse when the radio is turned on. I have a stock radio, JL 400 amp and 4 speakers. This clicking-static is something new. The system has been in place for over a year.
I have checked for loose wires and switched speakers and still the same issue incase someone thinks it is a speaker cone issue.
HELP.....
