To get rid of the whine, I moved the power distribution block over to the clutch side bracket, and away from the RCA connections of the DSP. I have a very slight whine at idle, more like white noise.

30 amp. I read the manual and it recommends 2 30 amp fuses, so I'll buy some 60s.
I had my voltage all wrong. I was up near 55 volts! I set it back to about 35, so about 300 watts each. It doesn't get as loud (obviously), but it won't burn up either. In hindsight, I should have bought the 200.1s or another higher sensitivity 8" to focus on the 100hz range.

I cant remember are you running each speaker to a channel off that amp
