Default No Bluetooth

Just bought a used 2016 Street glide and can’t get it to pair up with my iPhone. I go through instructions until I get to the Bluetooth icon which won’t allow me to access. any help would be greatly appreciated

re-start your phone, make sure that the phone bluetooth is on, and try again.

If that fails reset the Boom head unit. The steps escape me, but, a search in this forum would find it.
