Any body got any insight on Biketronics amps and speakers - their claims sounded good ! - I spent a lot of $ - for extremely expensive front speakers w/ fancy mounts and the 2 channel amp and the converter -- followed all the instructions correctly - had the head unit reflashed - checked polarity -- (I own an automotive repair center) - the sound is terrible - I talked to biketronics several times - made changes - horrible / tinny sound -- the stock Harley sounded really good compared to this (just no power) --- do I need to suck it up and buy another amp and speakers ? -- just want some clean sound -- Any Help ? -- Thanks
Hi ! -- i Have a Biketronics -- BT2180.14 amplifier - BT7P14 pro speakers and steel brackets - BT744 aperiodic speaker rings and the BT355 line leveler -- any insight appreciated !
I had their stuff in a SG and it sounded great in the garage but I really couldn't hear it or make out what song was playing over the exhaust and wind noise going down the interstate. I had to replace the speakers twice because either the plastic broke or the speaker itself busted. First time was under warranty minus shipping costs. Second time I just replaced them with a different brand. Personally, I'll never use their stuff again. Hopefully you get your issues worked out.
Thanks for your input -- I have been in contact w/ the company - did everything they advised - still sounds like crap - low level Harley stuff sound like a concert hall compared to this !
