Idk, but been trying to teach them for two weeks now. No response to emails, Facebook or voicemails into their phone system. Doesn’t look good.

They went to shix real quick!! I cancelled and order from them as I had no communication in over a month.. They are blaming the scamdemic for their troubles, that does not cut down comms though!!

Yup. Wife ordered a setup for me in June for Father's Day. Never got it. Waited patiently, now had to initiate a dispute with the credit card company, in November, almost half a year later. Went ahead and ordered the parts separately from Crutchfield.

Quick update: Credit card company decided today to honor my dispute. Got my money back.
