Default Amp fan

I have a Soundstream PN4. 1000d. All six speakers are working, power light is on. But the amp fan isn't coming on, and it just doesn't sound like the amp is working. No punch. Been a while since I rode it, but I think you could hear the fan as soon as you turned it on.

Ive been researching that amp and haven't read anything about a fan. Their site says it doesn't heat up after 30mins of continuous play at full volume but that was also for mounting it in a car.

Same thing I'm finding. I'm sure it used to make a whirring or whining kinda noise when you turn the ignition on. Now, nothing. I'll pull the speaker wires tomorrow and check output voltage.
