Default Change Boot Screen

Anyone know if you can change the startup screen on the Boom 6.5GT. Right now it has the orange harley emblem. Wondering if it can be changed to the CVO boom audio one or how to do it. Thanks.

You can change it to the CVO screen by downloading the CVO software, that screen is the only difference, you can get it off the harley website

Don't you also have to change the file name or something after you download the CVO version, so the Non-CVO bike will see it as the correct file and do the update?
I did it a few years ago, before I put the GTS head unit in, and it seems like there was something that I had to do so my non CVO would think it was the correct file.
Seems like the file name was close, but not the exact same name (maybe just said CVO???) and you just changed it to what the "correct" update was and it works.
Hopefully somebody will confirm what it is, but I did it and it worked fine.

Yes, you have to rename the unzipped file from "swdl_boombox_6.5GT_CVO.iso" to "swdl_boombox_6.5GT.iso", assuming you are installing the latest software available here: https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson....46978318663900
