I remember having issues with setting up addresses on my 2016. It seems like you almost have to work backwards from the zip code.

I do remember that voice commands did work well. You may consider plugging in a headset and trying that.

 

Should be a best seller...today the HD dealership couldn't figure out what was wrong, even after re-flashing the software! But my service guy did warn me that these NAVs aren't known for their reliability. Even worse, while riding, I punched in the Map screen. Nothing but blue and a bike icon. And North was South! I may just have to use WAZE from my phone when I need it.

 

I'm not a fan of Harley navigation at all, I use google maps
(I'm not picking on Harley only, My Nissan is worse!)

 

Same here, I routed a cable from the USC connector to tourpak and use carplay almost 100% of the time.
