Hoping someone can help. I have a 13' Street Glide and the thumb controls stopped working. Stock radio died and bought a Aquatic plug and play radio, now the thumb controls don't work. Aquatic wasnt any help, any suggestions I can try would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the Aquatic is bad. Not surprised though. They are not very good quality.
You could try unplugging everything from back of radio, let it sit for 10 min or so and try again.
If none of the thumb controls are working, then it would seem to be the radio and not anything on the bike.

This is the second radio from them, first one was junk. Unfortunately I bought the dam thing online and came get a refund now, lesson learned. I'll try what you said. Thanks for the input.
