Basic Wired Headset Question

Simplest question of the day......I have a 2019 TriGlide with a Boom! Box GTS. I want to use the wired Harley headset. I plug in to 7 plug connector into the port on the gas tank, change the audio routing to headset, and I get no sound. I am sure that there is a simple step that I am overlooking. I appreciate your help.

^^^. Yup. Took me a while to realize that each function has it own volume control, when the function is active. Forvintercim, you have to do it while someone is talking.
