Default Separate 8" and Tweeters?

Looking at upgrading audio and want to hear some feedback on speakers....

Have lowers for 8" and separate tweeters, have always been big into car audio and think separates sound better than coax speakers.

Looking at running Beyma Pro8Q300ND for midrange/midbass and Hertz ST35 Neo tweeters/compression drivers in lowers and tour pack with Advanblack Black dual 8" lid.

All 4 tweeters on 2 channels of a SD 2400.4 and the lowers off the other 2 channels of the 2400.4 to the Beyma's and a SD 1200.4 bridged on the 8's in tourpack. Also using a DSP for crossover and tuning purposes.

Anyone running the Beyma Pro8Q300ND and/or Hertz ST35 Neo's? What's your thoughts on the speakers if you're running/using these??

Beyma is a great speaker. I'm running the 6.5in. equivalent in my fairing. However those 8in speakers aren't going to fit in that tourpak lid without some work, more than likely spacers. The lid measure 8in. Overall with a 6.8 in opening for the speaker basket. The speaker is 8.34 inches overall and 7 inches at the basket.

Thank you for the information, will look into this...

From what i can find online for dimensions:
The Beyma Pro8Q300ND speaker has the following dimensions:
  • Overall diameter: 8.33 in (211.5 mm)
  • Bolt circle diameter: 7.8 in (198 mm)
  • Baffle cutout diameter: 7.1 in (181 mm)
Advanblack told me the speaker maximum size that will fit is 212mm diameter
