Thanks - you have the Boom Box GTS system which is standard for your bike.
Based on what you are telling me, I again agree that the issue is the reception from your phone. In other words, your phone is not getting a signal so it is not transmitting to your bike. I sometimes have that same problem when my bike is in the garage.
M y suggestion - take the bike to an area where you have a strong signal and see how that works.

I have a strong signal out in my drive way. I dont think its that since I found out yesterday that it's doing it with the radio now also.

Thanks - you might want to refresh your system. Have you downloaded the latest software from the Harley site? Download and reinstall - make sure you download it properly.
Once downloaded, connect the flash drive to your USB port and let it run. It takes a little time to do this - in most cases, it clears up a few things.
So I did do the update and it is still cutting out the volume. So how do I get a stronger signal to the system or I've also heard that it could be the amp, is that possible?

Sorry - don't think I can help further.
If you can disconnect the amp easily, please try that.
So I was out doing some work to my bike, cleaning jt, and making sure everything is tight and ready to ride next weekend but while doing that I had the bike connected to my phone and noticed it played just fine mostly on bluetooth and radio. But as soon as I would Crack it up within 30sec or less the sound would cut out then come back. So can someone please hell me, going riding next weekend and would love to be able to jam out going down the road. So someone anyone help me please... Also here is a pic of the inside of the fairing..

Now that we have more info about having aftermarket audio AFTER the headunit there are a few things to check. It is hard to tell by the picture.
On the input of the amp are there RCA cables?
If so :
Is there a line out converter between the headunit outputs and amp?
If there is no RCAs remove the SIGNAL INPUT plugs and measure the voltage while playing a 1k test tone at 3 bars down from full volume.
I had the same problem with my 19sg...I had a Arc moto720 too so we have common equipment. Any chance of the bike having ground zero speakers? I had them and there was a problem where they were sending the amp into fault mode. It would cut out for 30 seconds or or a minute and then come back on. It was an early problem with GZ yellow jackets
