Harley Device Manager
I have downloaded the HD Device manager to update my Sena and WHIM. The application is present but it wont open when you click on it. Same with the SENA device manager. Im sure it a setting somewhere but, so far, havent found it.
Any ideas?

After talking to Apple for 2 hours I finally found the problem. Its in the OS and the security around it. The "shell" that the programs run in was never updated with the new software. It gets pretty geeky, and im not, but, once the shell was reset the manager opened right up. I was able to update both the Sena and WHIM.

Issues updating to the newest firmware I am on a very old one and I just got this Bluetooth device. I have a 64gb micro sd on my 10c evo not sure if I have to have it as 128gb in order for it to recognize the usb its fully charged (its turned off just wanted to add this), I held down the phone button for 7 seconds then let it go soon as I pressed next on the bottom it shows the orange that it shows in the picture
