Default no display

I hope someone can help... I inadvertently shut off the display on my husbands 2006 street glide and I can't get it back... read the manual and followed what little instruction there is but nothing is working... would someone out there know how to get that display back? Ck'd the fuses and the hookups... everything is good... radio and cd work... everything works! Help!!!! Debra

the display shouldn't go off compeltely but if for some reason it did (and it still works) press the audio button (left handlebar) in 4 times the press the same button up to see if the display comes back on.
if that's not it, then odds are the display simply went out. Very common on 06 and 07 bikes for some reason.
