I have a buddy who owns a tint & stereo shop here in town and he's hooking me up with a system for dealer cost. We're going with this Cerwin Vega amp, but I'm still unsure on which speakers I should go with. While he is no longer an Infinity dealer (ordering Kappas are out of the question), he has a couple pair of 6032cf's left over, and some Kicker KS65's. Which pair will sound better with that amp? Also, will one fit the 2014 batwing better?
the infinity speakers are better spec'd for this amp. what I'm seeing is the guys with the 14s, they take the pods out, take them apart, mount the speaker on the inside of the pod and you don't have to change grills in doing so.

Good to hear, those are the least expensive of the two!
It came into his shop today and he showed it to me. It's like the travel soap of amplifiers. Super small. A local shop here carries Cycle Sounds products and they're supposed to have Magic Boxes in Friday, so that's when I'll be going to my buddy's shop and doing the install. When I asked the local dealer about the flash for aftermarket amps they looked at me like I had two heads. Even after emailing them the Magic Box link and the tech bulletin from RF, they still act like they don't have time to be bothered with it. Oh well.
Another question while I've got two of the most knowledgeable guys on the subject at my disposal. When installing that amp do I need to make some type of platform to lift it up, or can I put it right on top of the HU?
