Default Insurance coverage.

I have a "new" 2006 Ultra Glide. It's in great shape, I am not sure how much coverage I should put on it. What is everyone else covering on their ride?

I use TSG insurance out of Brooks, AB. They have Alberta special HARLEY pricing. It almost cut the cost in half for more coverage. They ask you what you value your bike at depending on the extra work that's done to your bike. I pay 900.00 for both bikes valued at 28k & 32k.

Is that number for liability as well,if so that is a great deal and about the only thing I miss about Alberta. Those two bikes here in the socialist republic would run about $4K for both of them($1400ish ICBC+$350ish private for 12 months) and that is using private insurance for the comp/replacement portion to supplement the ICBC mandatory liability.

2 mil liability, doesn't include riding them in the US which I don't.

Thank you everyone for your input. It may be my many years on this earth because I am getting a pretty good deal through Klondike insurance, Full coverage with collision is around $530 per year for me. Hopefully this post will help someone else as well.
