Default Re-Jet after Altitude change??

I purchased an '08 Rocker C from Top-Gun Motorsports in Denver Colorado in September. It's running set of Vance and Hynes Big Radius pipes and the K&N football style filter w/ cover. My question is that Denver is a Mile (5000ft above sea level) and the bikes new home is in Newfoundland Canada which is about 100ft or less above sea level. Am I losing any HP or performance and should I have the bike re-mapped?? I am getting a pretty consistant backfire on gearing down to second and first gear when using the engine to assist braking. If I do have to get the bike re-mapped will the dealer have the necessary equipment to do this as I have nothing else that came with the exhaust ie; software or fuel mgmt pak......
Thanks in advance
