question about air filter on rocker, need advice

Got my new 2010 rocker, love it so far. Of course i want to start tinkering with it. For my first mod I though about changing over the intake to a K&N or something like that. I like the exposed look of having the intake showing. My question is, will I be required to do any re-jetting or anything? Can I just order the intake and slap it on and be good to go?? help is appreciated!!!

If you have the stock pipes with baffles installed you should be okay. If you have some better flowing exhaust it will run too lean and you will need a tuner.

I have the stock exhaust on now, not planning on changing anytime soon. Has anyone had any experience with just changing the intake? Thanks for the quick reply crossbones!

You should have no issues with the fuel from just changing the intake, check the plugs and see how they are burning after you get a ride under your belt.

Just changing either the air cleaner or exhaust should not be an issue. If both are changed you will most likely have a lean running condition, which will require a tuner. Believe me, once you make that first mod it'll never stop.
