Default need help with shocks

I purchased a set of Pan Cruise shocks at a swap meet. I.m trying to find some information on them. I found a web site that sales these but not much info. On side is in the attached picture the other side is the rod and eye bolt. They measure 12.5 eye to eye. I wanted to install on my 01 FLHTC. I was hoping someonw knows somthing about these. In addition to the above, there is an air intake valve at both ends.

Any info would be appreciated
