My 2009 FLTRSE3 has suddenly developed a "cough" then the engine surges to 2800 RPM. I shut the engine off and on 5 times. It starts normally but wiithin moments it starts all over again. As soon as the engine cools down I am going to check all bolts and check for grounding wire problems. Any other suggestions?

Found that when work was done a shop recently that the positive terminal screw was not securely tightened.

Posted on Custom as not many CVO owners modify their bike like I do. Thus they have little idea of fixing problems themselves.
