Default Tuning the Bike

So, I just installed the Screaming Eagle stage 1 intake and tuned the bike with the Superchips Vigilante. Everything appears to be fine, the bike is running great and I love the look of the simple round air filter cover as opposed to that ungodly monstrosity HD installed at the factory. Question, when I add my loud pipes over the Winter do I simply plug the Vigilante back in and repeat the process or do I need to do something different now that I've modified the ECM? Thanks!!

the Vigilante should be fine if that is all your going to do. If you have plans to go deeper or want some extra power that can not be found with the Vigilante consider a power vision or TTS style tuner

Thanks, no I don't intend to go further than intake and exhaust. My question is simply, can I continue to just plug this device in and run it as I swap out these two components, or does using it require some re-calibration before it is used again. I note it has stored data (my original factory tune). Will this be overwritten with the current tune if I use it again?

Flash back to stock, and then re-program.
