Default need advice

Just finished my first service on my Low Rider. Used Amsoil in the crankcase and primary (20-50) and RedLine shockproof in the transmission. I couldn't be happier with the way she shifts and drives.
Now the fly in the ointment... wish the thing had a little more sound. I dont want to set off car alarms like my old 1200 Sportster did or wake up the dead folks when I drive by the graveyard down the street.
This is my plan:
already got the stage 1 download from dealer. Bike runs much better and surge is gone. Power is all I want stock.
I plan to put either a Nightstick with decatted headpipe or a V&H ProPipe and leave the air cleaner stock. Leaning toward the Pro Pipe 2 into 1.
What do you think?

Pro Pipe is way louder than the nightstick unless you add mucho discs and an open end cap to the Nightstick. I had a Propipe on the '98 Ultra and have a Nightstick on the current bike. ProPipe sounds better IMO (but I like quieter nowadays.)

I have the pro pipe on my Switchback and with the stock baffles it's pretty loud. I have heard louder but the pro pipe can absolutely get people's attention when you get on it.

I decatted and gutted the factory pipe. Re-installed a rush 4" baffle and it has a much better sound but personally could use a little more noise. For the cost to try it out it's worth it and wasn't too difficult to pull off

I have no input on the pipes but don't understand why you would want to keep stock air cleaner? If you like the stock look, just buy a SE to put underneath it. The bike will run better and cooler with a less restrictive air cleaner.

I have hear the Pro Pipe many times and I think it's actually quiet and really opens up at full throttle when your crack' the whip. It a really mellow pipe when normal cruising.

I think you'd be much happier getting the pro pipe. It's a full proper exhaust.
