Well I got almost to the end before I ran into a problem. The Brake Line is too short. Can anyone help me with what the length of the line should be? I have the +8 for my Fat Bob and it seems to be about 6ish inches too short.
I have mini apes and 2" risers on my 2010 Fatbob for a total rise of 12". I went +5 and it all worked fine. I would say for your 14" bars and 2" risers that I would guess you will need about +10. If you already have +8 and they are approx. 6" too short, then you better go +14.
Thanks for all the advice. I ended up going with a custom setup from Magnum Shielding. They look great....and fit perfectly. I could not be happier with the apes!!

Stands to reason if you're trying to put 14" bars on there WITH risers. +8" seems like that would only get you about halfway there!
