No such thing--street bobs came out in 2006.
If you do have an 06 I've heard of people mounting older model Dyna footboards so maybe forwards from an older dyna could be adapted.
Another option would be to offer your mids as a trade for forwards on the street bob. Lots of folks prefer mids to forwards on their dynas.

Checked with my bud that wants my forwards and his is, indeed, an 07.
And I don't have the center controls that came on the Super Glide. When I bought it all it had was the forward controls.
