Haven't done too much to mine....Dead Center Fairing, V&H Pro pipe, Le Pera seat, quick release sissy bar.

And I have no idea why that fairing pic is upside down...

That's the ticket there! Love the look of a bike that is not screaming at you to identify itself. Good job! I'm ripping the badging off mine the minute I get it in the driveway. Changing out the bars and mirrors too, but the front wheel and bags will have to wait till a more prosperous time. Nice looking solo bro!

What do you mean about being careful... I'm in San Diego and curious. Cause we're SMOG exempt just being on two wheels...

It also have the mini floorboards for the passenger. We bought the components for the sissy bar (bar itself was not in stock) and the engine guard (which is now installed).

We are thinking about going with Chrome Vance and Hines Twin Slash Duals when we get the extra cash. (Anyone interested in the D&D??) Also your opinions on the Duals. If we can get the header pipes maybe we can go with a 2:1 who knows. The D&D is just LOUD.

So moving on:

I was wondering if you all would post your bikes and what you have done with them (I know someone probably already has done this but I can't find a page). Maybe we can get ideas from each other.

Thanks all.

P.S. Some issue with the photo can't get it right side up. Guess I will have to take a new photo this weekend.
Why not just change out the baffle in the exhaust? The D&D Fatcat is one of the absolute best pipes on the planet. If you do decide to swap it, you'll need to re-tune the motor if you end up going to a different style of pipes.

So, what's the story re the front fender? Most of the Switchbacks I've seen have just a plain front fender, but this one looks very nicely dressed with the trimmed front end. Is that an option in H-D's catalogue?

Shortly after I bought my Switchback, I discovered the Switchback Forum. I've used recommendations from there for all my mods.

Other stuff:
Trucklite 7" LED, Aux lights with JB Speaker bulbs,
10" Mini Apes
Engine Guard, Soft Lowers in the cold or rain, highway pegs (not in photo)
JES Wind Deflectors
SE Air Cleaner that fits under the stock cover
V&H FP-3
Saddlebag Guards
Speedo with tach in it
Mustang Seat with backrest
QD Sissy Bar
Front fender trim with Switchback name tag from the forum
Garmin 665 GPS with MP3 and Sat radio

I think the only thing I'm still considering is a cam change this winter.

actually that's a stock switchback fender with fatboy deluxe tip and universal Harley side spears used on all models..

the leading edge of our front fender is exactly the same as the fatboy and possibly others in the line up BUT the bottom rear is a design all its own which is why no HD or aftermarket trim works

I came up with this a few weeks back
