Shocks would be #1. Depending on what type of riding you do, you may want to go with a longer shock. That's one good looking bike. I've always liked the silver engine.
If still completely stock, do a Stage 1 and 2 using a nice fuel tuner like Power Vision. That HD ac has simple got to go....

I wish I had your bike and an extra $3500. I'd go FL front end like on my bike but softail slim front fender and bobbed rear fender for old FL bobber look-S&S super intake and loud as hell 2 into one pipe. 16" wheels-for the fat tire look. Suspension upgrade and some kind of solo seat. But that's just me.
