Default BADLANDER

I cannot stand my stock seat thinking of having mine redone don`t like the wide seat its 14 inches and the sundowner everyone seems to like is wider, badlander has 11 inches across, dealer dosen`t stock, so you order at your own peril, anyone with a wideglide have a narrower seat and if so how do you like it

I have a Badlander, and a seat that I built myself. The one I build myself is about10" wide, and I personally I love it. It's definitely not made fr long rides but it looks good and was cheap. The only issue I have is that with a seat that narrow the battery hits my leg when I have my foot down. But the looks are worth it.

I really like the Badlander. It looks good and there is room to move around on it. For longer rides I use the Alaska Leather Buttpad and that works just fine. I mail ordered mine from Hale's in Ohio for $160.

I have a badlander and find it more comfy then the stocker. I have even ridden to both coasts on the WG with a Badlander on it. I do 600 mile days usually but have done close to 1k mile daycoming home. On these longer rides I use a bikers friend bag for gear and it acts as a backrest. All this said I haven't had a passenger who has liked the badlander yet. Also I think I am a minority in liking the badlander for long trips.

thanks guys, its just for short trips around town, ect, when wife goes i`ll just swap out the stock seat its okay for two up i just think it takes away from the streamline effect i think the wideglide repesents, the badlander is pretty cheap on ebay, i figured there was a reason, i even considered a custom corbin but i don`t care what anyone says thats like sitting on a park bench
