Okay I have a 2007 streetbob and have been having problems with wanting to stall/ actually stalling. I changed out the intake seals and it ran great for a couple of days then it started stalling again. I re tourqed the intake bolts and it's still acting up. I have a bassani road ii, Arlen ness big sucker stage 1 and a fuelpak. I have no clue what else it could be. Thinking about changing out the fuel filter. Any help would be great
Get some throttle body or mass air flow cleaner spray and clean your IAC. Cycle the run switch a few times to expose the step motor, and put a clean rag in the intake so the crud won't find it's way into the motor.
Fuelpaks have been known to corrupt the map settings so you may have to set it up again. Try that. They also can fail.
Check your battery and ground cable connections.
Did you replace the intake seals because they were leaking? Did you test the new seals?

Can you reset the fuelpak? Also the old seals were leaking so I changed them out. Put the new seals in and tested them, no leaks. Once the problem started to occur again I tested the new seals, no leaks. I also went ahead and re tourqed the bolts. Granted, with the problem still occurring, the bike does run so much better with the new seals installed then it did prior to changing the seals but every once in awhile it wants to or actually stalls out.
I probably shouldn't have, but I assumed you had the old Fuelpak, not the FP3. If you have the original type, you can go through the sequence and input the values again for the map you're using. Can't help with the FP3, though.
Like oldenuf said, pulling it off will eliminate it as a cause if the problem persists.
If you've never cleaned the IAC it's long overdue, especially with an intake that doesn't have an external breathing system.
I recently had a similar issue with my bike. Turns out is was a bad Crankshaft Sensor which was causing the bike to stall when idling. Maybe something to look into.

I have the old fuelpak and when I changed from drag pipes to the bassani I never changed any of the settings besides setting 1, Since when you shut your bike off then turn it back on the fuelpak automatically goes to setting 1. So I just changed setting 1 to my liking and went on my way. Will not reprogramming all the modes mess anything up?
Also I have cleaned the IAC both before replacing the seals and also after replacing the seals
I actually did reprogram it to the "Rhinehart 2-1" settings
