Inner primary compatibility between models
I have a 2000 FXDX that uses part number 60699-99 for the inner primary. Mine is damaged and I need to replace it. I already tried part number 60699-01 (for 2001-2005 FXDX) and it is close, but not quite right. Does anyone know if any of the inner primaries for other 2000 models will work on my FXDX? I'm wondering if the FXD inner primary will work, with the difference being that it is not painted wrinkle black?

I do not know if they are interchangeable.
