200 under lowered stock fender and slammed on air ride. No rub! Stock spacers and pulley. Just beat the inner fender brackets flat and ditch the rear signals (or relocate).
Use any rim that's a 5.5" rear or 6". Fat Bob rear wheel, Softail duece wheel. Or get one from a aftermarket vendor. Make sure all wires are super tight under your fender or relocate them along the fender struts. And then put your 200mm under there.
Before you leap, Check out you potential tire choices. The recommended rim widths vary by make/model/size. Would suck to have a rim that you can't fit to your desired tire.

If you really want to do this, I've got a 6" outer rim for sale in the classifieds here. Basically all you will need. It just laces to the stock hub with the stock spokes.
