Just threw em on the bike quick to see how they looked. I originally fell in love with the bars when I had my xl, I feel the tank may be a bit large to flow with the narrower bar. Cables/extension kit, ft master rebuild kit/switch all coming in next week.
Now I knee this going in but, what a royal pain in the **** internally wiring your bars is. Few 40s of OE and bribing a buddy with some beers to get that monster wrangled.
Also in all this process discovered my front wheel bearings are shot and the wobble I had was not due to a need for steering head adjustment.
The cable kit I ordered. Magnum cables Company based here in pittsford, ny. Very quality product and fantastic customer service (drag spec. Sent wrong brake line, magnum let me stop by and made it right).
One thing I wish I did and would advise others as well. Take the extra time to order just your bars, measure exactly how much extra cable you need, order exact fit. The kit was nice for convenience sake but I have now need for the harness extensions (do need the turn signal ones), and I wouldn't mind a bit less excess in my throttle and clutch, brake I'll see how it looks tomorrow.
Nash makes a quality product as well. I really dig the bars, have a real gnarly look. I got the wrong brackets but my goal is to have the mirrors mounted upside down to fill up some visual space. "Fatten up" the front profile while still trimming it down.
Still needs a few things done, hoping to wrap up the project this week. Nice weather I want to take advantage of before snow season!
Still have to wire up the turn signals, and replace that rickety headlight and she's golden. Deffinently dig the feel of the bars but holy he'll Batman do I have some cables to look at.

Yeah, they kinda do take away from it don't they?.
You could Re-route those cable and maybe take up some slack lower down instead.
Get those throttle cables to the outside of the bars and use a clamp to keep them from rolling out at speed. You can pull some excess down under the tank.
Pull the clutch cable out from behind the light and get two clamps to hold it in position along the frame down tube like they do with a factory install,, excess can be pulled down a bit there too.
