Riser Extention Installation

I have a 2013 Dyna Superglide. I am about to raise the handlebars using 1.5lg x .890 dia extionions. What is the handlebar clamp torque specs? As well as the 1/2-13 bolt specs. I've got a feeling mine uses poly bushings to stop vibrations. Any tips or tricks I need to know would be appreciated as well

Handlebar clamp fasteners are 12 - 16 ft-lbs. The riser bolts are 30 - 40 ft-lbs...
