Default Toque for handlebar top clamp

Service manual is a bit unclear to me. The attached page is the only reference I can find regarding riser or handlebar torque values.

I would think the Handlebar Clamp Mounting Screw 70-80 in-lbs. are for the top clamp which doesn't seem very tight.
What are the Riser Clamp Screws & the Riser Lock Nuts?
What is the correct torque for the 1/2-13 bolts that hold the risers to the top tree?

BTW this is for a '02-'05 FXDWG front end?

Thanks.

I think the handle bar clamp bolts on my FXDB are 12 - 14 ft/lbs. (144 - 168in/lbs) I'd have tochack that to be sure tho. According to your spec sheet, that would match up to your Riser Clamp Screws???

Wouldn't know the others unless I had the manual in front of me.

I just put some blue loctite on tightened them down good and snug after a little riding checked to make sure they was still good and tight.
