MPG on my 06' bob just keeps getting better. Last fill up, had 103.8 miles, took 2.1 gals to fill up = 49.4 mpg I have a little over 6200 miles on her and mpg's started out around 40 mpg. I took the stock muffs off and installed Cycle Shack muffs (LOUD) with no re-mapping, still stock, runs great. That 49.4 mpg was hwy miles @ 70 to 75mph.

Good morning - I have a new 07 SuperGlide - refueled the first time and got 39.8 mpg.

Been impressed with my 07 SB so far,clocked up 1400 miles now and on a run to a rally in Yorkshire last weekend about 250 miles each way (in the rain)covered 142 miles between fill ups and put in 12.50 litres (all or pumps measure in metric now even though all road signs and speeds are in miles,figure that!) equates to 51.64 mpg.
Although I think our gallons arebigger than US gallons so probably this won't really help,but it seemed damn good and with fuel in theUK nowequivalent to approx $9 per imperial gallon economy is becoming more important.

2003 WG here, stage 1 carb kit, newer HD filter(no oil bath), SE II pipes.
Highway driving to Laconia last week 54 mpg 60 -70 mph all the way. Didn't calculate the 'local rides' at Laconia cause we did the mountain climb on Mt. Washington.
