Haven't really had any problems until recently thank God , I'm just shy of 16k miles. I did lay it down , not too bad, I don't think it is related to any of these issues. .
-check engine light comes on and off randomly. Can't figure out a pattern to it, seems to happen more often when I'm at or close to full throttle.
-not sure but my tune feels like its not in the bike. I have a powervision with a custom dyno tune downloaded onto it. Last time the bike felt like the tune wasn't in it,I reloaded the tune but didn't seem like there was an option to see what the bike currently had in it , whether it was stock or the dyno tune
-rear brake lights are staying on. Not the low light but the actual bright aspect. Idk how but they are just staying on. Sometimes they drop down to the lower light but ultimately stay on the bright light. Essentially running no brake lights or blinkers on the rear now
-the alarm light (red one next to the circular part of the speedometer needle) randomly comes on and stays on
And then my l.e.d.s. I'm not sure if it's related but figured I would put this Info out there. I have a basic l.e.d. kit , not tied into the back what so ever with the exception of positive and negative to the battery, put them on last winter. Last night , I moved my bike withoiut my fob and my l.e.d.s started flashing with myt hazard lights. And then when I turned my bike on today and hit my hazard lights button , they turned orange and started flashing with that but the brake pulse option didn't do anything . I have NO idea how this is possible since I didn't wire it into the brake wires or anything on the bike
A ny time a bike is involved in a crash, and yes you crashed the bike, it should be gone completely over to make sure its ridable. You never know what can be damaged. As to your specific issues, the bike Must be under warranty....do yourself a favour and take it to the pros...have them go over it....in the mean time check your battery cables

Well I actually laid it down outside of Harley lol they looked it over after and gave me the ok. However , from now on, I will not bring my bike to the dealer unless it's a major issue and then I'll have to bring it to a different dealer. The one by me , always an issue no matter what.
Looks like you slid on the pavement not the grass...but anyway, check your battery cables first, as electrical issues can be caused by the cables coming loose which is a known issue with these bikes...actually put a wrench on them, at the battery and where the ground cable connects as well.
why you are at it, check the connection at the starter as well...sometimes dirt etc can accumulate there and cause issues...as by your description of what is happening, it sounds electrical to me...
