Can see the hole size relative to the bearing in this pic better. No way a spacer could be used with this set up. If so I’d really like to know what type. Regardless I’m gonna just grind the hole out to the diameter of the aluminum spacer. Just hate modifying expensive sheet haha

Use a "step" drill bit, I went with a sportster pulley on my fxdf , 68 tooth , I had to enlarge the hole in the pulley for the spacer, worked like a charm and made sure that the hole was concentric.

So I basically just opened up the hole to allow the spacer to fit through and contact the bearing surface.

Not the best pic but there is about 1/16” gap spaced around the spacer. Should be plenty of gap in that the pulley is bolted and the wheel is on the axle. I’d like to think anyways.
