Thank you very much for the replies everyone, I will call a Harley dealer and see what they suggest for the size. My bike didnt run bad at all at this altitude until i started to go up higher hills then it went kaploot.. Thanks again to everyone and i will let ya know what i get done.

Well I ordered another used carb and then put that together with rebuild kit and new jets for altitude and a EZ mixture screw and the bike is running great. Thanks again for all the help and information I am using a 42 and a 180 jet.

I believe they are 45 and 190. that's what was in my carb

Hello Norty Flatz sorry for the wait, these carburetors don't have that circlip. Or it is possible i am reading your question wrong, sorry if so.
