Default Switchback turn signal relocation

I’m sure it’s been asked before. Anyone move their front signals to the lower triple trees? Can you still use the factory windscreen and what parts are needed?

I did move mine to mount a Dead Center batwing fairing. They included the hardware for that when I bought the fairing. Its was super easy to do that and this fairing used the existing quick release mounting hardware for the OEM windshield too. So, I'm pretty sure you can continue to use the existing windscreen. Hope that helps....

Yes you can, and the easiest and cleanest way is to remove the original bolt from the lower mounts on the forks and replace them with exhaust studs, I believe studs from a road king works, been a few years since I did it. They threads are different on the studs. Works great.

Default Exhaust studs

@tgmotoman, are those the exhaust studs into the heads? What year should I ask for?

The RoadKing exhaust studs worked great. Perfect solution to the problem.
