I picked up engine protection bar for a '14 Dyna Low Ride.

The horn is in the way. I looked at the part description and it references the need for this part number: 69000058

I can't seem to find it on HD's site by searching that number.

Has anyone needed, bought, and installed this horn relocation kit?

 

I don't know why it doesn't come up on the HD web site. Maybe it is superceeded. If you want one there's this:

if it is the HD engine guard, just drill thru the horn bracket to run the mount bolt thru.
