UnEven front tire wear?
I noticed that the left side of my front tire seemed to be wearing more than the right side. Took it to my local indy shop and replaced the tire (stock) dunlop 21". The tire had 8,5000 miles on it, so it was time to replace it anyway. Checked the front wheel for trueness and also the front forks. Everything checked out fine. Anyone else have this problem and if ya did what was it? thanks for any input. Oh and before some smarta$$ says I turn left to much I do turn right!!!!!!!!!

Just throwing out a suggestion, is the rear wheel alignedproperly or could it be throwing off tracking?
Good luck.

I have recently noticed the same problem on my '05 Softail Standard only my tire seems to be wearing on the right more than the left. I would be interested to hear any ideas on what is causing it.
Just throwing out an idea. My feelings won't be hurt if you tell me I'm full of it:
If the bike is in tip-top shape...could it be the crown in the road? If you ride more frequently on either side of the center line, it might *possibly* explain your uneven tread wear. I suppose it would take a lot of miles of always on one side or the other though. Again, maybe I'm out in left field.

I would never say someone was full of it, well maybe not , well almost never, ok I have told people that, but not in this case. The bike is like new condition.. Been told I am very "****" about its upkeep and maintence. I dont ride the crown in the road or the same road the same way very often but I do thank you for your input.
