Default LED's

I am looking for good LED's to put on my bike to reflected my crome, but the Harley shops are expensive. Does anyone have a good vender that sells a good set at a good price? I am not sure what I need to get started, so alittle info would help as well!!

I know people who have used the ones made for computers for about 1/3 the cost of what HD sells theirs for. YOu could also try this site: http://www.radlites.com/

Custom Dynamics (DH Forums sponsor) has a great kit at a great price. I love mine. Installed properly, they look good. I watched the install videos at boogey lights (not sure of the url) to learn how to prep and install them in the best locations so that the pods can't be seen. I've seen lots of bikes where you can see the LED pods in plain sight, even when they're off. And these people paid $270 for the install! The Custom Dynamics lights have reliable solderless connections that make the install quick and uncomplicated. Hit me up if you have any questions.

I own a company that does that out of IL... they are expensive and if not done right look like crap! i charge 250 of 10 pods (each pod has 5 lights) and 300 for 15 pods... looks amazing!!! Warnt for life and totally water proof!
here are a few pics let me know if you want more... I have every color under the sun!!!

My shop has installed many different types for our customers. Then we ran across these www.streetsourceleds.com , they are not cheap, but they are the best we have found. So much so, we are a stocking dealer now. Each pod is about the size of a quarter with one super bright LED that diperses light at 180 degrees, very easy to hide this tiny light, but what a glow it creates! This is mine with 5 single LED's, also have the stobe switch installed.

notice how far the glow goes out on the floor, not bad for 5 little LED's.

I just ordered a kit from custom dynamics (like ten minutes ago) as I have been thinking about putting LEDs on my streetglide. This forum is invaluable for things like this. Thanks guys!

Use a 9v batter hooked up the the lights first! this will assist you in place ment! the trick is to allow the lights time to open up and reflect! you can find the right angles by using the 9v battery to power the light... get them all placed then wire it all in. DO NOT FORGET A FUSE!!!! let me know if you need any help i have done over 160 bikes!

I used a set up thru Custom Dynamics. Not difficult to install, but time consuming and tedious.

The only part I don't like, is the rear. Finding a place to mount light pods so they illuminate the rear wheel is difficult, given the layout of the bike.
