I have been reading and posting to this forum for a while now but still think of myself as a new guy. Learned some very useful information. Thought I would post some pictures of my new scoot. I purchased this 06 Wide Glide on August 12th and have about 5,000 miles on it. They built this bike for me, it is nearly perfect and I have had no problems at all. It has a high flow air kit, Stage 1 download, diamond plate foot pegs and grips, chrome sprocket cover, chrone regulator cover, smoked lens covers, rack, backrest, quick release windshield. Khrome Werks slip-ons on order. I also lowered it about 1.5 inches. I have found the seat to be very comfortable and much more so than my 97 Superglide. Power is good and the mirrors are clear at 80. It likes to cruise 75-80. Thanks for all the useful information. Steve

You bet, Wally. I can't stay off it. One 1200 miler, one 800 miler, and the rest weekend putts and commuting. My excuse is the price of gas but you all, of course, know the real reason.

Welcome to the forum. I've got a black '06 Wide Glide. Got it a little over 3 weeks ago and have 1200 miles on it now. Price of gas??.. Yeah, that's it. I gotta remember that one. Sweet bikes, aren't they?
