Well, my battery finally went out. I pulled it and checked the date code out of curiosity - B11. As in February 2011. That's right, this battery was just over 9 years old! I knew it was old (bought the bike in 2013), but I didn't realize how old. It is a Harley battery, so I was pretty impressed to say the least.

 

I'd say you got your money's worth.

 

I have a 2007 street bob that is still running the original battery
