Default Positive thread

Ayear ago I would have brought my bikes to the dealer and paid a ton for the work. I would have waited like a kid at Christmas for them to do the work. Then I would have hoped that they used TLC and did the work right. Since I have joined this forum , I put forward controls on my FXD (without removing the primary) , I got great deals at Eastern Performance on my parts and did Stage ones on Both of my bikes for 4 or 5 hundred less than what the dealer would charge. I owe all of this to my time thatI have spent here. Thank you very much!! to the forum, the moderators administrators, Jackyl, members who post how tos, sponsors with great deals etc, etc. etc......

For the record, I am going nowhere!!!

Man, this is refreshing. Especially after the current Harley bashing that has been going on here. I am glad that you are having a good experience here. I have learned a ton here as well and I know that I saved myself a few hundred doing my own 1000 mile service with the great advice here on this forum, not to mention the boatloads of money that I have saved doing every single mod so far. I would like to add that the mods and Terry do a great job curtailing the trolls' posts and making this a forum where everyone can learn something and contribute what they know.

Thanks for posting a positive post on a day that seems to be full of Harley bashing.
