i know my pops did on his 96 super glide but not sure where he got the power?? i think theres a few open locations in the fuse box you can dedicate to a cig lighter outlet. sorry not much help but i know its been done!!!!

If you want to be able to remove it, dealer's sell a little cable that you wire to your battery for electric clothes. You should be able to buy two. One for your battery, and one to splice your cigarette lighter into. Just make sure you get the polarity right. Also, wire in a fuse if the cig lighter doesn't have one.
