Hey Bear, You have any pictures of your bike with the 6 1/2", almost ordered it last night but held off another day looking for pictures. Any problems mounting or wiring?

 

I have a 03 low rider, are there ideas for the head light on that model? My idiot lights are mounted on the top of the head light.

I have the Springer 6 1/2" Headlight coming, should be here today. I plan to powdercoat the bucket gloss black, leaving the trim ring chrome. Also gonna do my fork sliders too. Puttin' 16" apes on tonight to boot.

To be real honest with you, the tech at the Harley shop did the install for me, said he just put all the stock stuff right in the new bucket..I did powder coat the bucket black and left the trim ring chrome, it did fill the gap up pretty good, but if I had to do it all over i might just go with the 7" headlight for a little more of a retro look..I'm trying to make it look like a old super glide I once owned..as for Pictures, I have no digital camera, and if I did I'm sure I would not know how to use it but somebody on here put a 50s style 7" headlight on his and there is pictures of that..and I like the look of that,,

We swapped out my brother's with a chrome light ($30.00) from Cycle Warehouse Online and added the same visor...$70.00 total and looks like the Wideglide one posted earlier.

 

Anybody have an HID?
