Default Sputtering, back fire, stalling

Hopefully someone with answers is out there. Im having some issue on my 2004 FXDXI. Bike rode great without any signs of an issue one day and parked it monday and hopped on it tuesday night to run errands and first heard some back fire, started sputtering, dies on me...right away hit the start button and boom starts right up, go about less than a qtr mile and boom bike dies again, but fires right back up. remind you no lights dimmed or anything, no check engine light comes on, and no sign of issues just turned off. turn it back on and speedo goes a little wild for a second starts to turn off and then i pull throttle and it wants to start wants to start wants to start and boom starts and goes like nothing happened for about another less than a qtr mile. i replaced the fuel filter, fuel sock, IAC, Spark plugs, wires, engine temp sensor, MAP sensor, cleaned fuel injectors, cleaned throttle body after having it apart, check valve internal fuel line, and still having the same issues. only now when the bike starts it idles like dog **** and super high then will come back down and hop on it to go and while rolling in first, it sputters and you mess with throttle and it takes off. also when it's dying you can hear the bike trying to get fuel but just dies out or if you can play with throttle it'll start back up when in limp mode. I've checked wire connections to make sure everything was good....what the hell can it be now?? anyone else having this issue? its a 2004 FXDXI stock 88 TC with cams and a Dobeck EJK which i took off and tried to install going back to stock straight to the injectors but didn't do anything, holler at your boy with the details

Had one hell of a time reading this. Your sentences just keep running on and on making it hard to follow. Yer throwing a lot on $$$$ at the problem and having no luck. STOP doing that. Run the self diagnostics for an ERROR CODE.Pinpoint the problem instead of throwing random parts at it.

You have a lot going on. Usually.... with those symptoms just cleaning the IAC will cure it. Loose plug wire causes P1356 codes to occur. But since I saw that.......

Clear the codes. Let the check engine light go out before hitting the starter button to allow the system to do its thing. Then see what you got after a short run. If you already mentioned this, I miss it in the TLDR subject.
