Dam, sorry to hear this guys. WellI hope you all who are not feeling up to it, get better. I will take a ride for you all this weekend. We will be riding in the desert like area until we reach the mountains where we will hit the curves for some fun then a ride back home along the Columbia River Gorge.
So be ready, even though you are not physically there, just imagine what I just described, because the ride will be for you all.

Get as much rest as you can and drink lots of water. Even when you think you feel better take another week off. It can sneak back up on you if you are not 100% well.

its no fun, take all your meds and just get well, if you push it or try to cut corners it could get worse or take that much longer to get well.
