Default 2007 Street Bob no crank

I am at my wits end on this. 07 street bob FXDB Bike was running fine. One morning it didn't want to start. I put it on the trickle charger, next morning it started fine. Rode to breakfast about a milee away and after it would not crank.
Called a buddy with a truck, loaded it up and brought it home. Replaced the starter relay, the starter, and the stop / run start switch. Battery reads 12.8, and I am getting no start, just a soft click from the relay. Now I am down about $600 on parts and it still won't crank.

Have you tried cleaning the ground cables, especially the one from the battery?

How many years old is the battery?

You also didn't say what it was exactly you had for breakfast, were hashbrowns involved?

Sitting voltage of the battery is not a test of its health. Charge it up and get load tested.

Diagnose the problem first, then spend the money...

Measure the voltage across the battery when you hit the starter.
